Refund Policy

Ask within 14 days of a charge and it is refunded in full. No reason is required, and this applies to the first charge and to a renewal alike.

Email robin@robinsingh.co from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on the bank.

After 14 days

A renewal that has already been charged is not automatically refunded, but cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for — nothing is cut off the moment you cancel. Cancel from Manage billing in your account.

If the service was broken for you — imports failing, reports not building — write anyway and say so. That is a refund regardless of the date.

Your games

A refund does not delete anything. Your imported games, your report and your training record stay until you remove them yourself, and exporting your games as PGN does not require a subscription. Both are in your data.

Where this page and the terms of service disagree about refunds, this page governs. Statutory rights are unaffected.
