About

Chessigma reads the games you have already played on Chess.com or Lichess and looks for things you do repeatedly — openings that score worse than the rest of your play, positions you reach often and answer differently each time, and the gap between how you do with white and with black.

It is built and operated by Rajvinder Singh, an independent developer. It is not affiliated with Chess.com, Lichess, or any other chess service. Those platforms are read through their own public APIs, with no login to them required or requested.

Chessigma is a Reboot Labs study build. It is not the original product or company it resembles, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

What it does not do

The reports are arithmetic over your own results, not engine judgements. Chessigma does not tell you the objectively best move, and a finding here is a statement about your record in a position, not about whether the move was sound.

That distinction matters most when the sample is small. A line you have played four times says very little, which is why findings have minimum game counts and why a new account sees fewer of them. The methodology page gives the thresholds.
