Correspondence habits do not transfer to blitz
A daily game where you opened an engine-free board for twenty minutes is not the same skill as a 3|2 flag. Do not drill them as one leak.
Clock is part of the pattern. Chessigma can show you the opening you used on both; it cannot make a correspondence decision available in three minutes.
Name the pool
If the DNA card is loud because you play a lot of daily, read it as daily. A blitz repertoire change from that card is cosplay.
Training positions inherit the clock
A fork you missed with a day on the clock is a calculation drill. A fork you missed with five seconds is a pre-move and mouse habit. Those are different homework.
