Engine-assisted games poison the history
A fair-play hit, a shared screen, or a friend on Stockfish is not your chess. One of those games can invent an opening ‘strength’ you cannot repeat OTB.
Exclude anything you would not show a tournament arbiter. Chessigma will faithfully report a cheat as a habit. That is not a feature you want.
Correspondence is a grey zone
If the site allows books and engines, those games belong in correspondence, not in blitz DNA. Do not let them vote on a rapid repertoire.
When in doubt, drop the month
A tainted week is cheaper to omit than to explain. Reimport without that range.

What about opening books on Lichess?
Opening Explorer during a game is still assistance. If you used it, that game is not a clean sample.
Will the report detect cheats?
No. It is a history tool. You have to keep the dataset honest.
