A named opening is not the same as the FEN you actually reach
ECO labels group unlike positions. The useful unit is the board you keep playing, not the name the database printed.
Study the fork Chessigma extracted from your games. If two “Italians” diverge on move six, they are different questions. A named opening split is only a headline.
Names hide the split
Your pool may play an early queen check that never appears in a course titled Italian Game. The name still says Italian. The FEN does not.
Chessigma’s training positions are those FENs. Use the name to browse, then train the board.
Do not buy a course from a label
A DNA finding that names an opening is a prompt to open the tree, not a coupon for a 20-hour repertoire file.

Why did two games with the same name not compare?
Colour, a divergent ply, or a sample too small. The name is not the position.
