Public chess usernames are readable. Private ones are not.
Chessigma imports public Chess.com and Lichess histories by username. If the account is hidden, the import cannot see it — and it should not ask for a password to try.
Type the name you already play under. Do not create a second chess identity just to feed a report. If you need the games private, keep them private and use a tool that takes a PGN you export yourself.
What “public” means here
Recent standard games with moves, colour, time control, and result. That is enough for a habit report. It is also enough for anyone else to preview the same username.
The public preview exists so you can see whether anything repeats before you save an import.
What we never ask for
Your chess-site password. There is no OAuth dance and no reason to paste one. If a site asks you for that to “analyse habits,” leave.

If the games are public, yes. That is how the chess sites already work.
What if I hide my games later?
New imports will fail. A saved import cannot invent games the API stopped serving.
