Puzzle rating is not in the DNA report
Tactics ratings measure puzzles you chose. Game history measures positions you actually reached. Mixing them is how a report congratulates a skill you never use over the board.
Chessigma reads your games. A puzzle streak is practice, not a second dataset. If you want tactics, drill the FENs from your own losses.
Puzzles skip the clock
You would not hang that knight with 40 seconds if a puzzle told you it was a fork. The DNA leak is the one you miss with a clock.
Train the game FEN
The useful puzzle is the one that came from Tuesday’s loss. Generic rating points do not name your opening.

Should I ignore puzzles?
No. Just do not import them into a history product. They are a different gym.
Why does my puzzle rating dwarf my rapid?
Because you can take two minutes. That gap is normal. It is not a DNA finding.
