A London you play in 15|10 is not the same opening you blitz on the commute. Mixing clocks on one card will send you to drill the wrong leak.

A blitz fork is a blitz drill. A rapid leak that costs you twenty minutes of a league game deserves a slower position. Match the training to the clock.

What if I only have fifty rapid games?
Then the rapid card should stay quiet. A loud finding from two hundred blitz games is still not a rapid finding.
Are daily games a third pile?
Yes. Correspondence habits do not transfer to a three-minute pool just because the opening name matches.
