A rating leaderboard on a training site ranks people by how good they were when they arrived. That is a fact about their past, and there is nothing to do about it.
Days trained is the first sort rather than drills answered, because somebody who trains a little on twenty days has built the habit that actually moves a rating, and somebody who answered two hundred drills in one sitting has not. Accuracy is the last tiebreak, never the first — ranking on it would reward answering only the easy ones.
Names here are the handles accounts already use in the app. No email or rating is shown, and an account without a handle is left off the board rather than identified some other way.
